Our Wine Barrel Coolers are made out of recycled oak wine barrels. These unique coolers are built to last. We build each with 3/4" screws in each stave (wood section) and through every band (medal around the barrel). As the wood expands and contracts with temperature and moisture it will keep its shape and the metal bands will stay in their place. We also polyurethane the outside of each barrel to further weatherize the barrel and keep it looking pure and pristine longer.

Our Wine Barrel 1/2 layered planters are made out of recycled oak wine barrels. These unique planters are built to last. We secure each planter with 3/4" screws in each stave (wood strip) through every band (medal around barrel), so as the wood expands and contracts the metal bands will stay in place and the barrel will keep its shape. Where the bands are cut we wrap the bands around the wood to insure they won't pull away from the barrel over time. We also further protect the planters by applying polyurethane to the outside of to preserve color and further weatherize the barrel. Each barrel measures differently but an estimate is 19' H X 28" W

Our Wine Barrel Barrel Cookers are made out of a recycled oak wine barrel. This unique cooker has three large grates for mass-smoking meat, fish, vegetables, etc or if you choose there are 2 rods at the top opening of the barrel (4 s-hooks are also provided) for hanging meat instead of using the grates. There is a convenient door at the bottom of the barrel to add wood chips and briquettes to the 16 inch dutch oven that sits on brick at the bottom of the barrel. An adjustable damper is built in to the barrel lid along with a temperature gauge Another damper is located at the side of the barrel. Ideal for slow cooking between 200 and 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Latches to lock down the lid provides a safe place for your food to cook. We reinforce each barrel with 3/4" screws in each stave (wood section) and through every band (medal around the barrel). As the wood expands and contracts with temperature and moisture it will keep its shape and the metal bands will stay in their place.The outside of the barrel is polyurethaned to weatherize the barrel.

This unique dog bed is built to last. We make sure our beds will keep their shape no matter what type of weather they are exposed to. Each stave (wood strip) has a 3/4 inch screw through every band (metal around barrel) so as the wood expands and contracts with temperature and moisture it will never loose its shape and the bands will stay put. We also bend the metal bands around the wood to prevent sharp edges and to keep the dogs from chewing the corners. Polyurethane is added onto the inside and outside of our dog beds to helps preserve color and protect the barrel against weather. Measures: 1' H X 26"- 28" W (with about a 15" opening).

Our Wine Barrel Electric Smokers are made out of a recycled oak wine barrel. This unique smoker has three large grates for mass-smoking meat, fish, vegetables, etc or if you choose the rods extending throughout the barrel can be used to hang meat instead of using the grates. There is a convenient door at the bottom of the barrel to add wood chips to you pan as needed to the 1,500 watt electric heating coil in order to keep the smoker cooking between 200 and 225 degrees Fahrenheit. The outside of the barrel is polyurethaned to weatherize the barrel.

Measures: 37 1/21" H X 28" W (racks measure 21 1/2" wide) this barrel can smoke massive amounts of Meats and Vegetables.

The bands were painted black and black screws were added for support. The customer picked out a dark walnut stain and has a rope light around the entire top of the barrel illuminating the 8 glasses that hang above the 8 wine bottles.
